To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aajili's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. aajili is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
